Job Overview

The Office Manager/HR Coordinator will handle a variety of responsibilities across HR, office management, and general administrative duties. This role is essential to ensuring employee satisfaction, maintaining compliance, and supporting key operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle employee hiring, onboarding, and terminations.
  • Oversee employee benefits management and compliance with HR policies.
  • Maintain employee records, verify timecards, and manage payroll with the CFO.
  • Organize travel and training arrangements.
  • Supervise office operations, including shipping, receiving, and legal documentation.
  • Assist in marketing efforts, including social media management and updating the company website.
  • Coordinate vendor management and company licensing procedures.
  • Manage company branding and apparel.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of office management and/or HR experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of employee relations, HR compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with basic marketing and social media management is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to obtain a Notary certification within one year of employment
